Kathleen Nagy

Kathleen entered the insurance industry in 2024 as a Customer Service Representative, specifically working with the Commercial Lines Department and obtained her CSR 4-40 License shortly after. She has been in the customer service industry for nearly a decade, bartending and serving, but wanted to go down a different career path. Her Aunt Sylvia, a Personal Lines Account Manager with Harbour, invited her to spend a day in the office to learn about the basics of insurance. Just weeks after, a CSR position had become available, and Kathleen was able to start her insurance career. Kathleen is looking forward to building many personal relationships with her clients, very eager to continue to learn and grow in the insurance field. She enjoys spending her free time with friends, family and her beagle, Bean.
